Professional BARTENDER BY THE HOUR SERVICE
FLAT EVENT RATE

$250+GST/first bartender / Includes up to 7 hours of service.
Additional Hours per Bartender: $25/hour​
  • Your Professional bartender will bring to every event and provides the following services: 
  • Bar Kit which includes but not limited to the following: bar mats, bar rags, rimmer, paring knife, wine and bottle openers, shakers, bar wipes and garbage bags. 
  • Full setup and cleanup of bar area including bagging all recyclables. 
  • Wine corkage and head table/VIP service. 
  • Decorative bar menu created and displayed at the bar along with taxi and alternative ways home. 
  • A 1 hour setup period is required for all bartending events. 
  • Float Box with tokens or tickets. Cash Floats available upon request. 
  • Absolute Bartending requires a 25% deposit to secure your booking payable via our eTransfer or Online Payment Gateway. 
  • Final payment would be due 7 days prior to your event payable via eTransfer, cash, or cheque, Visa or Mastercard with our Online Payment Gateway.

Add On Service Option 1
"Everything but the Alcohol" $5 / Guest

  • Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, 7 Up, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water 
  • Juices - Cranberry juice, Clamato juice, Orange juice, 
  • Bottled water 
  • Garnishes - lemons, limes, oranges, celery 
  • Ice - includes cooler(s) 
  • Clear plastic solo cups - 9oz and 12oz 
  • Napkins 
  • Straws 
  • Foldable Banquet Table with linen 
  • A detailed recommended quantity list of all Bar Supplies including alcohol.

Add On Service Option 2**
"Full Service"
Alcohol Purchase and Management Service

Starting at $349
(Depending on number of guests and quantity of alcohol required.)
  • Purchase, delivery, setup, and return/credit of all unopened alcohol. 
  • Includes opening, closing, inventory checklist plus management/reporting pre and post event. 
  • Client will be invoiced for actual cost of alcohol as per the BC Liquor Store current pricing guide. 
  • Full payment of Services and Alcohol is required 7 days prior to event date. 
  • All return dollar credits will be sent back to client within 7 days post event. 
**Please note and in-person consultation is required for alcohol pick and delivery service for FULL SERVICE.

Recommended Staff to Guests Ratio

1 - 75 GUESTS • 1 Bartender
76 - 150 GUESTS • 2 Bartenders
151 - 225 GUESTS • 3 Bartenders
